This lovely Kelly Green color seaglass pendant with fish / mermaid scales comes from a seaglass piece from a Fisch's Bitters Bottle. It was glistening on the pebble-covered beaches of Lake Erie, OH. The green hue is a top-three common one (1:5 on the rarity scale) because so much glass was made with this color! Products with this hue are 7-Up, Sprite, Rolling Rock, Heineken and some other soda and beer bottles. Seaglass is worn down pieces of these relics - sand, rocky beaches and coral reefs make them particularly frosty!
This seaglass with UNUSUAL SCALLOP OR SCALES measures almost 1" tall x .85" wide with a sterling silver jump ring. An 18-Inch Silver Chain is included!
All of my seaglass is organically-worn down by the oceans and Great Lakes - always a beach find and never purchased! The included color rarity chart was made with my own research over the two decades I have been collecting these frosty shards of history.
