This pendant has a Cornflower Blue small rectangle layered onto a larger white ridged piece of seaglass to create a unique pendant. Cornflower is a pale blue glass from the few years in the 1950s that Maalox Milk of Magnesia was bottled in this color glass instead of the darker cobalt blue that the product is associated with. The ridges are from the mouth of the bottles.
Aimee is a St. Augustine and Jacksonville, Florida artist, art teacher and beachcomber who delights in the ocean's ability to turn discarded glass items into gorgeous frosty jewels that wash back up onto shore.
Your pendant arrives in a lovely pale aqua gift box and includes a card with information about the glass' origins and where the pieces were found. This seaglass has a sterling silver plated jump ring. An 18" sterling silver snake chain is included.
